Rapha’s Women’s 100 Ride Returns for 2017

Premium cycle clothing retailer and dedicated cycling club, Rapha are uniting women across the globe with the Rapha Women’s 100 rides.
Taking place on July 23rd, 2017, the rides will see thousands of women come together to cycle 100km on the same day. The event celebrates the spirit of the global cycling community, uniting women through their love of riding.
Women of all abilities are invited to take part. There are a number of rides to choose from, including 7 in Asia Pacific, 9 in Australia and New Zealand, 17 in Europe, 4 in Japan, 10 in the UK and 11 in the USA, each with varying difficulty levels. In addition to the 58 formal routes, riders can plan their own route either individually or as a group, adding to the inclusive nature of the event.
The event has enjoyed much success in the past and has since become a firm favorite within the cycling calendar. In 2016 alone, more than 8,000 women took part in the event — a number Rapha hopes to exceed this year.
In support of the event, Rapha has also released a new collection, comprising of a specially designed Women’s 100 core Jersey, bra, cap, and socks. To raise awareness of the event and pledge their support, the CANYON//SRAM women’s team will wear the special edition kit on July 20th at La Course in the French Alps.
